My dad was magical. He made everything fun and he had a great sense of humor.
My favorite thing to do with him was to go to work with him. He worked at CBS the television network. My brother and I used to play on the sets from the Captain Kangaroo Show. They had a giant tricycle that we would ride down the hallways.
He loved movies and was always exposing me to the classics and sci-fi.
My dad took us out to eat all the junkiest foods, something he would suggest we not tell my mom.
He loved White Castle and would stop there to get a dozen burgers to eat before we got home. They were the original sliders. Then we would have to pretend we were hungry for dinner when we came home. My dad was a poet and an artist.
What a talented man!
